We hope you love your purchase, but if not — no worries! We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your item.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)


📦 How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

    • A return shipping label

    • Step-by-step return instructions

Important: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.


🔧 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us right away at Mycarryoncare@gmail.com — we’ll fix it fast.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
